Spread ghee on the surface of the flattened dough.
Sprinkle with flour and fold the dough in layers.
Roll the layered dough into a flat circle.
Heat a skillet over medium heat until hot.
Cook the chapati on the skillet until bubbles form, about 1-2 minutes.
Flip the chapati and cook until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes more.
Brush with ghee and serve warm.
