Add 1/2 packet dry yeast and 1 tbsp sugar to a bowl.
Pour in 1 cup warm water (not hot).
Add 1/2 tea cup oil and mix.
Gradually add 3 to 3.5 cups of flour, controlling the amount as you mix.
Add 1 tsp salt and knead well to form a soft dough.
Oil your hands and roll up the dough into a ball.
Let the dough ferment in a warm environment for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, take the air out of the dough.
Use half the dough (or more or less as desired).
Roll the dough out to the size of your baking dish.
Spread breakfast chocolate evenly over the rolled dough.
Roll the dough up and wrap it around the chocolate.
Grease the baking pan lightly.
Let the rolled dough ferment on the tray for another 20-30 minutes.
Prepare a mixture of egg yolk and milk and smear it over the dough.
Place the pan in a preheated oven at 180ºC.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
After baking, let it cool down a bit before removing from the mold.
Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
