Boil water in a pot and add a little salt.
Add half a box of thin spaghetti to the boiling water and cook until al dente.
Set aside 1 cup of spaghetti water before draining the spaghetti.
In a pot, melt unsalted butter and add chopped yellow onions, cooking until translucent.
Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add fennel seeds, Italian seasoning, and ground black pepper, cooking for about 30 seconds to bring out flavors.
Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
Pour in the tomato sauce and stir.
Add fresh parsley, chicken bouillon, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and beef bouillon, stirring to combine.
Pour in the reserved spaghetti water and let the sauce simmer for about 20 minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce, mixing well to combine, adding more spaghetti if desired.
Garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
