Soak 400 grams of tamarind in water until soft.

Use a strainer to extract the pulp from the tamarind by mashing it with hands.

Add 300 grams of jaggery to the tamarind pulp.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of roasted ground cumin, 1 tablespoon of tamarind pulp, 1/2 teaspoon of carom seeds, 1/2 tablespoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of black salt, and 1 teaspoon of paprika to the mixture.

Mix all the ingredients well and cook until the chutney is ready, stirring occasionally.

Wait for the mixture to boil and continue cooking until small bubbles appear.

Once the chutney starts to thicken and holds on a spoon, it's ready.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
