2 cups bowtie pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil (or vegetable oil)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup chopped frozen spinach (thawed and dried)
15 ounces artichoke hearts (chopped and drained)
6 oz cream cheese (softened)
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic salt

Pull out and measure your ingredients.

Boil bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente. Do not overcook.

Drain the pasta. Do not rinse. Let it sit a bit to cool and drain.

In the bottom of a large bowl, mix oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and black pepper.

Toss the pasta with the oil until evenly-coated.

Place pasta in the air fryer basket in batches and cook for 5 minutes at 400.

Toss the pasta around.

Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the pasta is golden-brown.

Repeat with remaining pasta.

Cool and serve with your favorite dip or check out our favorite dips.

After boiling and seasoning the pasta, spread the pasta on a baking sheet lined with tinfoil or parchment paper and bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes until golden-brown.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet to 350 degrees. Place pasta in the hot oil for 3-5 minutes until golden-brown. Drain on paper towel. Repeat with remaining pasta.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Drain chopped spinach and artichoke hearts.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic salt and pepper. Fold in the spinach and artichokes into the cream cheese mixture.

Place the dip into a 8 x 8 baking dish.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
