100 grams tricolour pasta (about 2 cups)
60 ml aquafaba
Marmite
celery salt (about 1/8 teaspoon)
white pepper (about 1/4 teaspoon)

Boil water in a kettle.

Add salt to the boiling water.

Pour the boiling water into a pot.

Add 100 grams of tricolour pasta to the pot and stir.

Drain the chickpeas into a bowl and set aside.

Microwave Marmite for 10 seconds to soften it.

Measure out 60 ml of aquafaba and microwave for 10 seconds to warm it up.

Add the softened Marmite to the aquafaba and mix well.

Drain the cooked pasta and sprinkle with celery salt and white pepper.

Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).

Line the air fryer basket with baking parchment.

Combine the Marmite mixture with the cooked pasta in a bowl, coating the pasta evenly.

Transfer the coated pasta to the air fryer basket, spreading it out evenly.

Air fry for 8 minutes, checking after 4 minutes and stirring to ensure even cooking.

After 4.5 minutes, lower the temperature to 180°C and continue cooking for another 7 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes.

Once done, let the pasta chips cool for a few minutes before serving.
