1 Cup Moong dal
2 tbsp Ghee
1/4 ts Cumin Seeds
Salt
3 Green Chilly
10 gms Cashew nuts
1/2 ts Pepper Corns

Add Rice and Moong dal in a pressure cooker and let it cook until the rice is done.

Heat Ghee in a Pan, add Cashew nuts, Pepper Corns, Green Chillies, Cumin Seeds, Hing, Salt, and Chopped Ginger, and sauté this.

Add mashed rice, mix this well, and serve this with Peanut Chutney and Coconut Chutney.
