Welcome to the cooking show, today we will prepare CuƱapƩ.
Add 500 grams of manioc flour to a bowl, then add another 500 grams for a total of 1000 grams.
Add 1 cup of all-purpose flour to the manioc flour and mix.
Add 2 teaspoons of baking powder (optional) to make it softer, and 1 teaspoon of sugar and salt, mixing well.
Add margarine or butter at room temperature to the flour mixture.
Add 3 eggs to the mixture and mix everything together.
Add 120 grams of diced cheese and 100 grams of mozzarella cheese to the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Gradually add 250 milliliters of milk to the mixture, mixing until smooth without lumps.
Once the dough is smooth, start shaping small balls from the mixture.
Place the balls on a baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart as they will expand in the oven.
Preheat the oven and bake the cuƱapƩ until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
