1 tbsp garlic
1/2 kg boneless chicken
salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce or peri peri sauce
2-3 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
2-3 tbsp oil (for spaghetti)
1 tsp garlic (for spaghetti)
1/4 cup spring onion white part
1 carrot
1/2 head cabbage
1 capsicum
1/2 tsp black pepper (for spaghetti)
2 tbsp soy sauce (for spaghetti)
1/2 packet boiled spaghetti
1/4 cup spring onion green part
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup tomato ketchup (for sauce)
1 tbsp mustard paste
little bit salt (for sauce)
1/4 tsp black pepper (for sauce)
boiled rice
fried green chilies and garlic slices

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add boneless chicken and cook until browned.

Season with salt, black pepper, red chili powder, vinegar, soy sauce, hot sauce, and chili garlic sauce.

Stir in tomato ketchup and cook until chicken is fully cooked.

In another pan, heat oil and sauté garlic, then add spring onion white part, carrot, cabbage, and capsicum.

Season with salt, black pepper, and soy sauce, then add boiled spaghetti and mix well.

For the sauce, combine mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, mustard paste, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

To assemble, layer boiled rice, sauce, spaghetti, and chicken, and top with fried green chilies and garlic slices.
