2.5 cups rice
5 cups water
2 tablespoons chicken powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
500 grams boneless chicken
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2-3 green chillies
1 onion
1 capsicum
1 carrot
4-5 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
1 tablespoon red chili powder

Soak 2.5 cups of rice for a while.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté 1 chopped onion until slightly pink.

Add 2-3 chopped green chillies and sauté for flavor.

Stir in 2 tablespoons of chicken powder and 1 tablespoon of black pepper.

Add 5 cups of water and bring to a boil.

Add the soaked rice to the boiling water and cook until done.

In another pan, heat oil and fry 500 grams of cubed boneless chicken until golden brown.

Add 4-5 chopped garlic cloves and 1 inch of chopped ginger to the chicken.

Mix in 1 cup of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of red chili powder.

Add chopped capsicum and carrot to the chicken mixture and sauté.

Combine the cooked rice with the chicken mixture and serve.
