Marinate pork neck in black beer, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and lime juice for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Remove pork from marinade and pat dry with paper towels.

Brush pork with vegetable oil and season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.

Grill pork neck for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through and slightly charred.

Check internal temperature; it should reach 145°F.

Remove pork from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

Slice pork neck against the grain into thin pieces.

Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro.

Serve with lime wedges and additional chili flakes if desired.
