1 liter water
500 grams sugar
2 tablespoons green cardamom powder
300 grams ghee

Heat 1 kg wheat flour in a pan on low heat for about 35 minutes until it turns brown.

Add 1 liter of water to the pan.

Add 300 grams of ghee and 500 grams of sugar to the mixture.

Stir in 2 tablespoons of green cardamom powder and saffron.

Mix everything well and let it boil.

Add 600 grams of wheat flour to the boiling mixture.

Stir continuously for about 40 minutes, ensuring it doesn't stick to the bottom.
