170 ml oil
250 ml kefir
500 ml milk
10 eggs

Sift 350 g of flour into a bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of sodium bicarbonate to the flour.

Pour in 170 ml of oil and 250 ml of kefir.

Add 500 ml of milk and mix everything well to avoid lumps.

In a separate bowl, crack 10 eggs and add a pinch of salt and 200 g of sugar.

Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.

Combine the two mixtures together.

Grease a heat-resistant pot with butter and dust it with flour.

Transfer the mixture into the pot and cover it.

Bake in the oven for 2 hours at 180°C and then for 1 hour at 150°C.
