40 ml vodka
200 ml oil
250 grams sugar
300 ml kefir
300 ml milk

Sift 350 grams of flour and add 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of sodium bicarbonate, and 1 packet of vanilla sugar. Mix well.

Add 200 ml of oil and mix until incorporated.

Add 40 ml of vodka and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, mixing continuously.

Incorporate 300 ml of kefir and then 300 ml of milk into the mixture, mixing until uniform.

Crack 10 eggs into a bowl and mix for 5 minutes until foamy.

Incorporate the egg mixture into the batter, mixing continuously.

Grease a tuci with butter or oil, ensuring it is well-coated.

Sprinkle sugar in the tuci to coat the bottom.

Pour the batter into the tuci and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees Celsius for 1 hour, then reduce to 150 degrees Celsius and bake for an additional hour.
