Prepare a plate of bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.

In a skillet, brown the bread crumb mixture for a couple of minutes on each side.

Transfer the browned bread crumbs to a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake the chicken in a 425 degree oven for about 10-12 minutes.

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of chicken broth, 1/2 cup of heavy cream, juice from one lemon, and half a stick of butter.

Add basil (or any preferred herb) and salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer the sauce on medium-low heat until it reduces and thickens.

If the sauce doesn't thicken enough, add a cornstarch slurry to achieve desired consistency.
