Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Add all-purpose flour to a bowl.

Add salt, freshly ground pepper, and garlic powder to the flour and mix until combined.

Crack 1 egg into a separate bowl and lightly beat it.

Add panko breadcrumbs to a third bowl.

Dredge boneless skinless chicken breast in the flour until fully coated on all sides.

Dip the floured chicken into the egg mixture, ensuring it's nicely coated.

Place the chicken into the breadcrumbs and coat it well.

Set the coated chicken aside and repeat the process for the remaining chicken breasts.

Add olive oil and a little butter to a preheated pan.

Fry the chicken breasts over medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.

Flip the chicken and fry for another 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown on the other side.

Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside on a plate.

Place the chicken breasts into a baking dish.

Top the chicken with Parmesan cheese, using as much or as little as desired.

Season with salt and ground pepper.

Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese has melted and browned.

Remove from the oven and serve.
