2 tablespoons tomato puree
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable gravy granules
70 g reduced fat mozzarella or reduced fat feta

Cut 750 g of potato into chips.

Par boil the potato chips.

Bake the chips as you would ordinarily with homemade Slimming World chips.

Finely slice an onion.

Fry the onion with 2 cloves of garlic or a good squirt of lazy garlic in a splash of veg or chicken stock.

When the onions are soft, add 2 tablespoons of tomato puree and mix.

Add 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and mix.

Add the rest of your stock and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring often.

Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable gravy granules and mix well.

Simmer for another couple of minutes.

Serve the chips with salad and pour the gravy sauce on top.

Sprinkle over 70 g of reduced fat mozzarella or reduced fat feta.
