Add more water to the pan to cook the vegetables until 100% cooked.

Strain the mixture and press to extract the gravy into a bowl.

In a separate pan, melt 2 tbsp butter with 2 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp olive oil, sautéing until fragrant.

Add the extracted gravy to the pan and cook until thickened.

Stir in soy sauce, oregano, and crushed chili to the thickened gravy.
