Incorporate tomato paste and spices, particularly coriander and cumin, mixing well.
Add more water and let it evaporate again to deepen the flavors.
Blend some of the mixture to achieve a smoother consistency.
Add yogurt and mix thoroughly, ensuring it’s plain and unsweetened.
Incorporate dried okra powder to thicken the stew.
Finally, add peanut butter and mix until melted into the stew.
