Lingonberry Jam

2 cups fresh or frozen lingonberries
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Rinse the lingonberries under cold water and remove any stems or leaves.

In a medium saucepan, combine the lingonberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar.

Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the berries have burst and the mixture has thickened slightly.

Remove the saucepan from heat and let the jam cool for a few minutes.

Pour the jam into sterilized jars while still warm, leaving some space at the top.

Seal the jars with lids and let them cool completely at room temperature.
