Add 1 deciliter of oat milk to the mixture.
Crack in 1 or 2 eggs, depending on preference.
Add 1 spoon of soy sauce to the mixture.
Season generously with lots of black pepper and white pepper.
Add flour to the mixture, adjusting the amount as needed.
Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
Let the mixture sit for about half an hour to allow flavors to blend.
Roll the meat mixture into meatballs, using cold water to prevent sticking.
Ensure the meatballs are uniform in size for even cooking.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and fry the meatballs until browned.
Prepare a sauce for the mashed potatoes by boiling milk with bay leaves and fresh pepper.
Serve the meatballs with the sauce and lingonberry jam.
