Make small cuts in the bottom of fresh tomatoes and place them in boiling water for about 30 seconds.
Transfer the tomatoes to a bowl of ice water to easily remove the skin.
Once peeled, chop the tomatoes and blend them with a little water to make tomato juice, then strain it and set aside.
Slice red onion into thin strips and set aside.
Chop some tomatoes into small cubes.
Juice limes and oranges for the recipe.
Chop cilantro finely and drain the chochos.
In a bowl, combine the tomato juice, lime juice, and orange juice, and mix well.
Add the sliced onions and chopped tomatoes to the mixture.
Add the chopped cilantro and season with salt and pepper, mixing well to form the base.
Finally, add the chochos and mix again until combined.
Serve immediately with toasted corn.
