Gather ingredients: 2 potatoes, 1 tomato, 1 cup corn, 1 cup peas, 1 cup green beans, 1 teaspoon chicken powder, 1 teaspoon basil leaf, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon organic black pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 cups chicken broth, 1/2 purple onion, and 1/2 pound shrimp.

Set Power XL to sauté mode at 350°F for 35 minutes to heat up.

Add organic extra olive oil to the pot, enough to sauté the shrimp.

Add shrimp to the pot and sauté for a couple of minutes, mixing well.

Add sliced purple onion to the shrimp and mix together.

Switch the Power XL to slow cook mode at 210°F for 3 hours; stir and cover.

Slice the potatoes into small pieces and add them to the pot, mixing well.

Chop the tomato and add it to the pot, mixing again.

Pour in 1 cup of corn (fresh or frozen) and mix.
