Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease a baking mold.
In a bowl, mix oil and milk with lemon juice until combined.
Whisk the mixture in one direction for about 5 minutes until frothy.
Sift together flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, and baking soda into the mixture.
Mix until just combined and pour into the greased mold.
Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through and lightly golden.
Let the cake cool for about 5 minutes before removing from the mold.
Remove the butter paper and spread whipped cream on the cake.
Optionally add strawberry crush on top of the whipped cream.
Roll the cake carefully and refrigerate for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, remove from the fridge and cover with desiccated coconut.
