Add salt, vegetable oil, and whole milk to the mixture and mix well.
Sift in cake flour and baking powder, then fold gently until just combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites with 70 g white sugar until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until fully incorporated.
Pour the batter into a greased 11x13 inch sheet pan and spread evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Let the cake cool before filling with cold whipping cream and rolling.
