1

In a mixing bowl, combine 500 grams of boneless chicken with a little over 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix well.

2

Add approximately 5 tablespoons of melted ghee to the chicken and mix thoroughly.

3

Gradually add water to the mixture and knead the dough until soft, ensuring it is not too stiff.

4

Cover the dough with a little oil and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

5

After resting, divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into balls.

6

Flatten each ball slightly and let them rest for another 10 minutes, covered with a cloth.

7

Roll out each portion into a round shape using a rolling pin, ensuring they are not too thick.

8

Apply ghee on one side of the rolled dough and sprinkle some flour on top.

9

Make a cut on one side of the rolled dough and start rolling it from that side to form a tight roll.

10

Press the base of the roll down slightly to secure it and shape it as desired.

11

Prepare the frozen parathas by placing them on butter paper and stacking them with butter paper in between, then freeze them.

12

To cook the frozen parathas, remove them from the butter paper and place them in a pan.

13

Cook on both sides, applying ghee to achieve a crispy texture and a nice golden color.

14

For the chicken marinade, take the boneless chicken and make cuts in it.

15

Add 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of vinegar to the chicken and mix well, letting it marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.

16

Transfer the chicken to a bowl, discarding excess vinegar, and add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon crushed coriander, 1 teaspoon green chili paste, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, and 1/2 cup cream.

17

Mix all the ingredients well and let the chicken marinate for a while.
