100 grams melted white chocolate
435 grams/3 cups packed All purpose flour
1/3 cup/66 grams oil (coconut, palm, veg, canola)
1 cup/200 grams sugar
1/3 cup matcha powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pc. large size egg
1 & 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
80 ml. milk
powdered sugar
granulated sugar
large white marshmallow
nuts
white chocolate

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a mixing bowl, combine the melted white chocolate, oil, sugar, matcha powder, salt, egg, baking powder, baking soda, and milk.

Gradually add the all-purpose flour and mix until well combined.

Fold in the nuts and additional white chocolate as desired.

Scoop the dough onto a greased baking pan, arranging them without flattening.

Bake for 10-11 minutes until golden.
