2 cups carrot
1 large onion
3 cups long-grain rice
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons green garlic
1/2 cup black raisins
1 teaspoon cumin
1 cucumber
2 tomatoes
1/2 cup greens

Heat sunflower oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.

Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in diced beef and lamb meat, cooking until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
