1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon amchur powder

Chop 1 onion into slices and set aside.

Chop 1 green chili and set aside.

Cut 2 medium-sized boiled potatoes into small pieces.

Chop coriander leaves finely.

In a bowl, add 1.5 cups yogurt, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder, and mix well until there are no lumps.

Add the chopped onion, green chili, and coriander leaves to the yogurt mixture and mix everything together.

In a small pan, heat ghee or oil and add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili, and kasuri methi, and fry on low heat without burning it.

Once it starts cooking, turn off the gas and pour the hot tempering over the mixed ingredients.

Serve the Nepali Chukauni with steamed rice or roti.
