Greek yogurt adds protein and creaminess.

Olive oil is heart-healthy and milder.
Mix yogurt with 3/4 teaspoon pink salt and 3/4 teaspoon black salt in a bowl.
Add 1 large boiled potato and mash it well.
Mix in chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves.
Heat 2 tablespoons Shafak cooking oil in a pan.
Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds and let them crackle.
Add 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, and kasuri methi to the oil.
Add 2-3 green chilies and mix everything together.
Pour the tempered mixture over the mashed potato mixture and mix well.
