Gradually add 350 grams of all-purpose flour, mixing it in portions to avoid clumping.

Ensure the dough is not sticky; do not use hands to mix as they are warm.

Prepare 700 grams of pineapple jam, shaping it into elongated pieces as desired.

Preheat the oven (oven tangkring) to medium heat.

Shape the dough into balls or use a mold to form the nastar.

Once the oven is preheated, place the nastar in the oven for about 10 minutes until half-cooked.
