1/4 spoon fenugreek seeds
1 spoon pepper powder
1 spoon mixture of spices
150 g rice flour
100 ml water
1/4 spoon Eno
curry leaves

Cook 200 g of beef pieces after adding a spoon of turmeric powder, salt to taste, and 100 ml of water for 15 minutes in the pressure cooker.

Add 100 g of mung beans, a piece of tomato, a spoon of fennel seeds, a quarter spoon of fenugreek seeds, a spoon of pepper powder, and a spoon of mixture of spices and cook further for another 15 minutes in the pressure cooker.

Take 150 g of rice flour in a grinder and mix in 100 ml of water. Mix in salt to taste. Grind well.

Add a quarter spoon of Eno and mix well.

Pour the pancake mixture into the pan and put the beef mung beans mixture (which has to be mashed after cooking) on top and then pour another layer of pancake batter on top and put some curry leaves on top.

Let it fry for 6 minutes in medium heat till it turns crispy.

Turn the pancake and flip it over. Once it is nicely cooked take off the flame and serve.
