Stuffed Mushrooms

300 grams mushrooms
2 blocks cheese
8 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
chopped green chili
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
chopped coriander
1 tablespoon butter
white part of spring onion
1 whole red chili
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1/4 teaspoon cheesy garlic bread mix

Remove stems from 300 grams of mushrooms.

Grate 2 blocks of cheese and add to the mushrooms.

Add 8 crushed garlic cloves, 1/2 teaspoon salt, chopped green chili, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, and chopped coriander to the mixture and mix well.

Stuff the cheese mixture into the mushrooms.

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan until melted.

Add the white part of spring onion and a whole red chili to the pan and sauté briefly.

Add the stuffed mushrooms to the pan and cover, cooking on low heat for 5 minutes.

After 15 minutes, remove the lid and add 1 teaspoon mixed herbs, 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, and 1/4 teaspoon cheesy garlic bread mix, mixing gently.

Finish by adding the remaining cheese and mix well.
