Stuffed Mushrooms

1/2 teaspoon coriander powder

1 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cheese

Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and remove the stems.

Chop the mushroom stems finely.

In a bowl, mix 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon butter, 2 teaspoons breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped coriander, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, and 1/2 teaspoon chili powder.

Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.

Add the chopped mushroom stems to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the prepared mixture to the pan and mix well, cooking until everything is combined and heated through.

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool down.

Once cooled, mix in 2 teaspoons chopped coriander and 1/2 cup cheese until well combined.

Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture, pressing it in firmly.

Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan and place the stuffed mushrooms in it, cooking on low flame for 5-6 minutes, covered.

After 5-6 minutes, uncover and check that the mushrooms are cooked and golden brown.

Remove the mushrooms from the pan and serve on a plate, optionally garnished with grated cheese.
