12 large cremini mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Run the mushrooms under cold water for a second to clean them.

Use a damp paper towel to dislodge dirt from the mushroom caps, checking underneath as well.

Pop the stems off the mushrooms and scoop out the gills.
