1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, setting the caps aside.

Finely chop the mushroom stems and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped mushroom stems, garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Mix until well combined and creamy.
