Stuffed Mushrooms

Portobello mushrooms
2-3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp sundried tomatoes
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 square feta cheese
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tsp origanum
1 tsp red pepper flakes
4 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup vegetable broth or water

Prepare the Portobello mushrooms by drizzling them with olive oil and covering them with aluminum foil.

In a bowl, combine minced garlic, sundried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, salt, pepper, origanum, red pepper flakes, and 2 tbsp of olive oil to create the filling.

Stuff the mixture into the prepared mushrooms.

Place the stuffed mushrooms in the oven, covered with aluminum foil, and bake until the last 10 minutes.

Remove the foil and grill the mushrooms for the final 10 minutes.
