Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, setting the caps aside.
  3. 3Finely chop the mushroom stems and set aside.
  4. 4In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped mushroom stems, garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  5. 5Mix until well combined and creamy.
  6. 6Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
  7. 7Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. 8Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.
  9. 9Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. 2Form the mixture into 12 small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
  3. 3Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  4. 4While the patties are cooking, prepare the slider buns by toasting them lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
