Add 3 salmon fillets to the skillet, one for each person, and sear for a couple of minutes on each side.

Pour in 200 ml of cooking cream and 125 ml of vegetable broth, mixing well.

Add black pepper to taste and wait for the sauce to start boiling.

Incorporate 70 g of fresh spinach and mix for a few seconds until wilted.

Cover the skillet and let the spinach cook until tender.

Add 35 g of grated parmesan cheese to the sauce and mix well.

Return the salmon fillets to the skillet and cover again, cooking for another 3 minutes.
