1/4 cup water
400 grams elbow macaroni
2 teaspoons salt (for boiling macaroni)
1 teaspoon oil (for boiling macaroni)
1 teaspoon garlic paste
2 medium carrots (finely chopped)
2 medium bell peppers (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon black pepper powder (for vegetables)
1 teaspoon red chili powder (for vegetables)
1/2 tablespoon chicken powder
2 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Heat 1/4 cup oil in a pan.

Add 1/2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste and fry lightly until fragrant.

Add 500 grams beef mince and fry until the color changes and it releases some water.

Add the following spices: 2 teaspoons red chili powder, 2 teaspoons roasted ground coriander, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix well.

Add 1/4 cup water and cover the pan. Cook on low flame for about 10 minutes.

In another pot, boil water and add 2 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon oil.

Once the water is boiling, add 400 grams elbow macaroni and stir to prevent sticking. Boil for 8 minutes.

Drain the macaroni in a strainer and add a little oil to keep it separate.

Check the beef mince; if it's cooked and water is dried, turn off the flame and set aside.

In a new pan, heat about 1/2 cup oil and add 1 teaspoon garlic paste and finely chopped green chili. Fry lightly.

Add 2 medium finely chopped carrots and fry for 1 minute.

Add 2 medium finely chopped bell peppers and fry until cooked.

Add spices: 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, salt to taste, and 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder. Mix well.

Add 2 tablespoons chili sauce and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Mix all ingredients well.

Add the cooked beef mince to the vegetable mixture and mix thoroughly.
