1 chicken breast
1 bowl of alphabets
1 bowl of vermicelli
1 potato

1 large onion
1 large tomato

Welcome to the recipe introduction.

Cut 1 chicken breast into fine strips and then into smaller bits. Add the breast bone to the soup for flavor.

Season the chicken with 1 tsp of salt and let it rest.

Dice the vegetables: 1 potato, 4 stalks of onion greens, 1 large onion, 1 large tomato, and finely dice garlic and ginger. Grate the cabbage.

In a pot, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until soft.

Add the chopped tomato and a pinch of salt to soften it quickly.

Once the tomato is halfway done, add the ginger and garlic, and sauté until the rawness goes away.

Add the marinated chicken to the pot and stir to sear the chicken.

Pour in 1.5 liters of hot water to speed up cooking.

Add the bowl of vermicelli and alphabets, diced potato, carrots, and green peas to the pot. Stir well and cover.

Cook until the chicken and vegetables are well cooked.

Add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder and grated cabbage, mix, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Scoop out the chicken bone before serving the soup.

Garnish with onion greens before serving.
