2 large garlic cloves
1 onion
2.5 carrots
5 medium potatoes
1 parsnip
2 tablespoons butter
2 vegetable bouillon cubes
700 ml water

Clean and slice 3 chicken breasts, removing skin and bones.

Marinate chicken with 6 cloves of garlic, colorau, lemon pepper, oregano, black pepper, and red pepper flakes for 2 hours.

Heat oil in a pot and sear the marinated chicken for about 10 minutes.

Add chopped onion to the pot and sauté.

Pour in 700 ml of water and add 2 vegetable bouillon cubes.

Seal the pot and cook under pressure for 15-18 minutes.

Release the pressure and shred the chicken.

Add 2.5 chopped carrots, 5 chopped potatoes, and 1 chopped parsnip to the pot with the chicken.

Stir in 2 tablespoons of butter, coriander, and green onion.

Add more water if needed and season with curry powder and salt.
