3 medium sized potatoes
2 carrots
1 tomato
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
parsley to taste
spring onion to taste

Preheat the pressure cooker on the fire.

Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the pressure cooker.

Add 500 grams of diced chicken and fry until broiled and lightly brown, allowing it to release some water.

Add 2 carrots and 3 medium sized potatoes (cut into medium pieces) to the chicken.

Add 1 tomato and 1 onion to the mixture.

Add 4 cloves of garlic and mix everything together.

Add paprika for seasoning (or salt if preferred).

Add boiling water to the mixture.

Cover the pressure cooker and cook on low heat until the pressure regulator begins to rock slowly, then cook for 15 more minutes.

Let the pressure drop and remove the lid.

Add 1 cup of rice to the soup.

If a creamier texture is desired, do not add more water; if a juicier texture is preferred, add more water.

Add parsley and spring onion to taste.
