1 kg of bone-in chicken breast, with skin
2 onions, cut into wedges
some fresh garlic
4 or 5 carrots
150g of thin egg noodles
2 ssp of olive oil
some chopped fresh mint leaves
salt & pepper

In a pot, heat olive oil and sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant.

Add the bone-in chicken breast and cover with water, bringing it to a boil.

Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
