1 teaspoon garlic paste
1-1.5 liters water

500 grams boneless chicken

1-2 liters water for boiling noodles
1 teaspoon oil for boiling noodles

In a pot, heat 3 tablespoons oil, then add 2 finely chopped onions and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.

Stir in 1 teaspoon whole cumin seeds and sauté with onions.

Add blended tomato paste (3-4 tomatoes) and mix well.

Season with 1 teaspoon cumin powder, salt, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, and 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, then mix well.

Add 500 grams boneless chicken cut into pieces and mix thoroughly.

Pour in 1/2 cup water, cover, and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

In a separate pot, boil 1-2 liters of water with salt and 1 teaspoon oil.

Once boiling, add the noodles and cook until golden, then drain and rinse with cold water.

In serving bowls, layer the boiled noodles, then pour the chicken curry over them.
