Ghana Style Pound Cake

Combine baking powder, nutmeg, and salt with flour and mix until well combined; set aside.
Coat raisins with an extra tablespoon of flour and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add softened butter and sugar; cream together until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Sift in the dry mixture and mix on low until incorporated, then on high for one minute, scraping down the sides.
Add milk and mix until combined.
Grate in the zest of one orange and add vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
Scoop out about a tablespoon and a half of the batter into two bowls, adding red food coloring to one and green to the other; mix until vibrant.
Add the floured raisins to the remaining batter and mix gently.
Scoop half of the batter with raisins into a cake tin, smoothing the surface.
Add the colored butter in layers on top of the batter, swirling with a skewer for a marbled effect.
Top with the remaining plain batter to cover the colors.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes, checking with a skewer for doneness.
Allow to cool in the tin for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
