Tofu is a plant-based alternative, while chicken thighs are more economical.

In a chopper, add green chilies, garlic, raw papaya, ginger, lemon juice and chop well & set aside.

In a bowl, add mutton/beef boneless cubes, grinded papaya mixture and mix well, cover and marinate for 30 minutes.

In the marinated mutton/beef, add yogurt, cream, cashew nuts powder, white pepper powder, cumin seeds, garam masala powder, green cardamom powder, black pepper powder, salt, fresh coriander and mix well.

Add cooking oil and mix well, cover and marinate for 4-6 hours in refrigerator.

Thread marinated meat into skewers.

Put skewers on the BBQ grill and grill from all sides until done, basting with oil.
