1 piece green bell pepper small, chopped
2 stick celery chopped
1 1/2 -2 cups beef stock
1 tbsp Creole seasoning or more to taste
3-4 pieces green onions scallion, chopped
6 cups cooked rice
2-3 tbsp parsley chopped
Pepper flakes or hot sauce to taste
