Dirty Rice

2 cups beef broth
1-2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
smoked paprika
cayenne pepper (optional)

3 tablespoons olive oil (for garlic bread)

black pepper (for garlic bread)
2 teaspoons pre-mined garlic (for garlic bread)
2 tablespoons pre-grated Parmesan (for garlic bread)
parsley flakes (for garlic bread)

Turn on the burner.

Add 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan.

Add the frozen seasoning blend (10 oz package) to the pan and let it soften for a few minutes.

Add 2 teaspoons of pre-mined garlic, a sprinkle of salt, and black pepper to the pan.

Add about 1 teaspoon of dried parsley to the mixture.

Cook the mixture until softened and fragrant.

Add 1 lb of ground beef to the pan and chop it up with the veggies.

Season the ground beef with salt and black pepper.

After a few minutes of cooking the ground beef, add 3 chicken livers to the pan.

Cook the chicken livers until they begin to chop up and disintegrate into the ground beef.

Add 2 cups of uncooked instant rice to the mixture.

Add 1-2 bay leaves to the mixture.

Add 1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning, smoked paprika, and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper (optional).

Pour in 2 cups of beef broth and bring the mixture to a boil.

Once boiling, cover the pot and reduce the heat to low, cooking for 5 minutes without lifting the lid.

While the rice is cooking, prepare garlic bread by cutting half an Italian loaf in half.

Mix 3 tablespoons of butter and 3 tablespoons of olive oil together in a bowl.

Add salt, black pepper, 2 teaspoons of pre-mined garlic, and 2 tablespoons of pre-grated Parmesan to the bowl.

Stir the garlic bread mixture together and add parsley flakes for color.

Spread the garlic mixture on the cut side of the bread and place it in the oven.
