3/4 pound sausage
3 cups leftover jasmine rice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon truffle oil
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sage
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 package seasoning blend
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon

Chop 1 medium green pepper, 1 medium onion, and 1/4 cup fresh garlic using a food processor until finely chopped.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon truffle oil in a skillet until hot.

Add the chopped veggies to the skillet and sauté until tender.

Cook 3/4 pound sausage on a griddle until done, then chop it up.

Add 3 cups leftover jasmine rice to the skillet with the sautéed veggies.

Mix in 2 tablespoons of butter to the rice and stir until melted.

Add 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon sage, and 2 teaspoons soy sauce to the rice and stir well.

Add 1/4 package of seasoning blend and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder to the rice and mix thoroughly.
